Laura Peña is a passionate mentor and advocate for young women, with over 9 years of experience working with girls aged 15-24. As the Founder and CEO of She is the Universe, a nonprofit she founded to empower girls, Laura has mentored and inspired hundreds of girls worldwide.

Through She is the Universe, Laura provides leadership development, mentorship, and resources that help young women discover their strength, voice, and leadership potential. Her work focuses on empowering girls to overcome challenges, build confidence, and become visionary leaders who shape the future.

Driven by her belief in the limitless potential of every girl, Laura is dedicated to creating a world where young women can rise above societal barriers and achieve their fullest potential. Her mission is to equip the next generation of women with the skills, mindset, and support they need to lead with confidence and purpose.
