At Focus Club, we come together to turn our ideas into action. Whether you're writing a book, building a business, launching a podcast, developing a creative project, or finally finishing that thing you've been putting off, this is your space to make it happen.
How it works?

Laura Peña
Speaker | Filmmaker | Founder | mentor | Author
Laura Peña is a creator of worlds, an alchemist of dreams, and a professional believer in impossible ideas.
A Dominican-American creative director, filmmaker, storyteller, entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, and facilitator, she has spent over two decades bringing bold ideas to life and helping others do the same.
Her journey spans working with global brands, creating films, building creative businesses, speaking on stages (including TEDx), and designing transformative experiences that inspire connection, creativity, and action.
She is the founder of JelloMonsters Design Lab, a creative studio specializing in animation, motion design, and visual storytelling; She is the Universe, a global nonprofit empowering girls across more than 50 countries; and Creative MasterHeart, a space helping people turn their meaningful ideas into reality.
At the heart of everything she creates is a simple belief: Our ideas have the power to change the world, and the world needs our magic.

Facilitator | Community Builder | Experience Designer| Artist
Eliana designs and facilitates transformative experiences that help people connect more deeply with themselves, each other, and the work they’re here to do.
With over 15 years of experience, she has facilitated 200+ learning experiences, trained 150,000+ student leaders, built communities and programs, and spoken on stages, including TEDx.
Rooted in a lineage of beekeepers, farmers, and storytellers, she brings together creativity, storytelling, movement, and play to create meaningful human connections.
At the heart of her work is a simple question: How can we create experiences that help people feel more alive and empowered to be themselves?
